Wiliot is an Israeli semiconductor and software company that makes battery free Bluetooth sensor tags, marketed as IoT Pixels, together with the cloud platform that reads them. The postage stamp sized tags carry an ARM processor and draw their power by harvesting energy from ambient radio waves, so they can be stuck to individual products, cases, pallets and reusable transport items and report location, temperature and handling data without a battery to replace. A larger battery assisted version covers higher value goods and longer range uses. Founded in 2017 in Caesarea by Tal Tamir, Yaron Elboim and Alon Yehezkely, engineers who previously built wireless chips at Wilocity, the company sells mainly into retail, grocery, pharmaceutical and logistics supply chains.

Wiliot Ltd. files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Wikipedia: Wiliot, Wiliot IoT Pixels product page and Wiliot Announces a Battery Assisted Version of Its IoT Pixel Tags (Business Wire). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- Avery Dennison Corporation, as of 27 Apr 2026. Q2 2026 10-Q, Note on venture investments: 'On April 27, 2026, we completed an approximately $75 million minority investment in Wiliot Ltd., a company specializing in physical artificial intelligence for supply chains... We funded this investment using a combination of cash and commercial paper borrowings.' This is the disclosed acquisition cost at the transaction date, not a current fair value: Wiliot's stake is embedded, unnamed and unsized, inside the aggregate 'venture investments' bucket (Total Fair Value $132.3 million across all venture investments as of 30 Jun 2026: $130.0 million equity securities plus $2.3 million other investments, mostly measurement-alternative/cost-based, only $.4 million at Level 1 fair value). No ownership percentage or share count is disclosed since Wiliot is private. The FY2025 10-K separately states Avery Dennison made venture investments in five UNNAMED companies during 2025 (total venture-investment carrying value $58 million at 31 Dec 2025, before Wiliot), and per the brief's rule against assigning a combined balance to one investee, none of those five is sized individually here; Wiliot is the only venture investment named and given its own dollar figure in either filing. source
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Wiliot Ltd. where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
