Texas City Logistics is building and will operate a liquefied petroleum gas export terminal at Texas City on the Texas Gulf Coast, sized to load 400,000 barrels a day, mainly low ethane propane and normal butane, onto seagoing vessels. It was formed in February 2025 by ONEOK and MPLX, which split the roughly 1.4 billion dollar cost of the terminal evenly: MPLX is building and operating the facility on Marathon's existing Texas City site, which shortens the construction schedule, while each partner has contractually reserved half the loading capacity for its own customers. A companion venture, MBTC Pipeline LLC, is laying a 24 inch pipeline from ONEOK's Mont Belvieu storage hub to feed the dock. The terminal is scheduled for completion in early 2028.
Source
Texas City Logistics LLC files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from ONEOK Announces Joint Ventures with MPLX to Build LPG Export Terminal, Exhibit 99.1 to ONEOK Form 8-K, 6 February 2025 (SEC), ONEOK 10-K for 2025 (SEC) and MPLX LP 10-K for 2025 (SEC). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.

Q2 2026 10-Q confirms the investment is accounted for using the equity method (spending recorded as contributions to unconsolidated affiliates), no restated balance given. source
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Texas City Logistics LLC where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
