Stiphout Industries B.V. is a plastics recycler in Montfort in the Dutch province of Limburg. It sorts and washes post consumer plastic packaging collected from households and processes it into clean recycled polypropylene and high density polyethylene flakes that are sold back to polymer producers and converters as feedstock, using sorting and washing lines the company developed itself. Its plant handles roughly the volume of plastic packaging waste generated by more than 500,000 people in the Netherlands each year. The business was founded in 2015 by Eline Stiphout, and in July 2023 the polymer maker LyondellBasell bought a half share, giving the recycler access to polymer expertise and an outlet into the buyer's compounding assets in the Netherlands and Germany.

Source

Stiphout Industries B.V. files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from LyondellBasell acquires 50% share in Dutch Recycling Company (LyondellBasell), Plastics recycler Stiphout Industries becomes part of LyondellBasell (Innovation Origins) and Plastics producer invests in European polyolefins reclaimer (Resource Recycling). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.

Where each figure comes from

A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.

What this page is not

It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Stiphout Industries B.V. where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
