SAIC GM Wuling Automobile is a Chinese vehicle manufacturer based in Liuzhou, Guangxi, formed in November 2002 as a venture between SAIC Motor, General Motors and the local state owned Guangxi Automobile Group. SAIC and Guangxi Auto supply the domestic manufacturing base and dealer reach while General Motors contributes engineering and product development. The company builds low cost microvans, light commercial vehicles, passenger cars and battery electric models sold in China under the Wuling, Baojun and Huajing marques, and it produced 1,540,077 vehicles in 2024. Its best known product is the Wuling Hongguang Mini EV, a compact city electric car that became the top selling electric vehicle in China after its 2020 launch.
