Roadrunner Gas Transmission is the holding vehicle for a bidirectional interstate natural gas pipeline that carries Permian Basin gas from West Texas to the Mexican border. The line runs roughly 200 miles of 30 inch pipe from the ONEOK WesTex Transmission system at Coyanosa, Texas, west to an international crossing near San Elizario, Texas, where it ties into Fermaca's Tarahumara Gas Pipeline for onward delivery into northern and central Mexico. Built in phases from 2016, it can move up to 640 million cubic feet per day, of which up to 570 million cubic feet per day is destined for Mexican markets, and its capacity was contracted under long term take or pay transportation agreements with Mexico's state electricity utility CFE and with Fermaca. The venture pairs ONEOK, which supplies the Texas gathering and transmission connection and operates the pipeline, with Fermaca Infrastructure of Mexico City, which supplies the downstream Mexican pipeline network.
Source
Roadrunner Gas Transmission Holdings, LLC files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Roadrunner Gas Transmission project page (ONEOK), ONEOK Partners and Fermaca to Construct an Export Natural Gas Pipeline from West Texas to Mexico (PR Newswire) and ONEOK Partners Announces Completion of First Phase of Roadrunner Gas Transmission Pipeline (PR Newswire). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- ONEOK, Inc., as of 31 Dec 2025. Equity-method LLC interest, not denominated in shares, so shares is null. FY2025 10-K Note N investments table: 'Roadrunner 181 183' at a stated 50% interest (2025 and 2024 carrying value in millions). Q2 2026 10-Q Note H confirms the 50% owned joint venture with equity in net earnings of $10 million (Q2 2026) and $20 million (six months); ONEOK is the operator. No restated Q2 2026 balance given, so the FY2025 figure is used. source
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Roadrunner Gas Transmission Holdings, LLC where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
