Republic Cement Land & Resources is the Philippine mining company within the Republic Cement group that holds the raw material rights feeding the group's cement plants in Bulacan. It is the registered holder of Mineral Production Sharing Agreement No. 056-96-III, granted in October 1996 and in commercial operation, covering 362.33 hectares of limestone across Norzagaray and San Jose del Monte in Bulacan province, adjacent to the group's integrated Norzagaray cement works. The company was previously called Luzon Continental Land Corporation and was renamed by amendment of its articles after CRH and Aboitiz Equity Ventures took over the Philippine cement business in 2015 and put the group's plants, quarries and land holding entities under the Republic Cement name. Its function is quarrying and land tenure rather than cement manufacture, which sits with sister companies including Republic Cement & Building Materials.
Source
Republic Cement Land & Resources Inc. files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Mines and Geosciences Bureau list of existing Mineral Production Sharing Agreements, August 2019 (mirrored by Land Matrix), Republic Cement & Building Materials Norzagaray cement plant (Global Energy Monitor) and About (Republic Cement). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- CRH plc. Philippines, International Solutions. Products/services: Cement and Building Materials. Listed among CONSOLIDATED subsidiary undertakings (not the equity-method table), i.e. CRH controls and consolidates this entity despite a 40% legal/voting '% held' figure. Exhibit 21.1 footnote (i), attached to the Philippines entries, states: '55% economic interest in the combined Philippines business.' Written here as 40 (the exhibit's own '% held' column value), not 0.4; the 55% economic-interest figure is preserved in this note rather than silently substituted, since the exhibit itself distinguishes the two. No individual carrying value or noncontrolling-interest breakout for this entity is disclosed elsewhere in the 10-K (the balance sheet's 'Redeemable noncontrolling interests' line, $435m/$430m/$389m across the three years shown, is a company-wide figure covering multiple minority-owned consolidated entities, not just this one), so value_usd stays null. sourcesource 2
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Republic Cement Land & Resources Inc. where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
