PT LyondellBasell Advanced Polyolefins Commercial is the Indonesian sales and trading arm of a plastics compounding joint venture at Ngerong, Gempol, in the Pasuruan regency of East Java, sharing the site of its manufacturing twin PT LyondellBasell Advanced Polyolefins. The plant makes masterbatch and colour concentrates and polyolefin compounds, and the commercial entity imports and exports those products, with customs records showing Polybatch branded masterbatch moving in from China and out to Vietnam. Both companies began as PT A. Schulman Plastics Indonesia, a venture in which A. Schulman International held 65 percent and the local plastics group P.T. Prima Polycon Indah the remaining 35 percent, and they were renamed after LyondellBasell bought A. Schulman in 2018.
Source
PT LyondellBasell Advanced Polyolefins Commercial files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from LyondellBasell Industries N.V. 2025 Form 10-K, Exhibit 21 list of subsidiaries (SEC), A. Schulman, Inc. Form 10-K for fiscal 2002, financial statements exhibit (SEC), PT. LyondellBasell Advanced Polyolefins Commercial trade record (NBD Trade Data) and LyondellBasell locations, Indonesia. The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- LyondellBasell Industries N.V.. Exhibit 21.1 to the FY2025 10-K (filed 20 Feb 2026) states that A. Schulman International Inc. owns a 65% interest in PT LyondellBasell Advanced Polyolefins Commercial. This is a 65 percent ownership interest, written here as the number 65, not as a fraction of 100. LyondellBasell's balance sheet carries a single combined 'Equity investments' line ($3,963 million at 31 Dec 2025 per the 10-K; $3,875 million at 30 Jun 2026 per the most recent 10-Q) covering all equity-method investees together, so no individual carrying value is disclosed for this venture: value_usd is null. sourcesource 2
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of PT LyondellBasell Advanced Polyolefins Commercial where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
