ORG UAC Company is a beverage can maker in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, formerly United Arab Can Manufacturing Limited and then Ball United Arab Can Manufacturing. It produces aluminium cans and can ends in standard and specialty sizes for soft drinks, beer, juices, carbonated juices and mineral water, supplying regional bottlers including Coca-Cola customers, with plant capacity of about 1.8 billion cans a year. Rexam bought into the business in 2014 for $122 million as an emerging markets play and the interest passed to Ball when Ball acquired Rexam in 2016. In August 2025 the venture was restructured around a subsidiary of Beijing based ORG Technology Co., which paid roughly $70 million for a 41 percent interest and took the majority, pairing Ball's can technology and customer relationships with ORG's manufacturing scale; the entity was renamed accordingly and now appears in Ball's filings as ORG UAC Company.
