MVP Terminalling, LLC owns a refined petroleum products marine storage terminal on the Houston Ship Channel at Pasadena, Texas. The site holds roughly 5.5 million barrels of tankage, two LR class ship docks and a truck loading rack, and it handles gasolines, diesel, jet fuel, denatured fuel ethanol and gasoline blendstocks, with pipeline links to refineries along the Houston Ship Channel and at Texas City and Port Arthur as well as connections to the Colonial and Explorer systems. It carries Foreign Trade Zone status. The company was created in 2017 when Magellan Midstream Partners, which was building the facility, brought in Valero Energy on a fifty fifty basis to expand it: Magellan contributed the terminal under construction and continued to operate it, while Valero funded the expansion and secured storage and dock capacity for its Gulf Coast refining system.

MVP Terminalling, LLC files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Pasadena, TX Terminal (MVP Terminalling, LLC), ONEOK refined products and crude, Magellan Midstream and Valero Form Joint Venture to Expand Pasadena Marine Terminal (PR Newswire, September 2017) and Magellan Midstream Announces Sale of Partial Interest in Pasadena Marine Terminal Joint Venture (PR Newswire). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- ONEOK, Inc., as of 31 Dec 2025. Equity-method LLC interest, not denominated in shares, so shares is null. FY2025 10-K Note N investments table: 'MVP 25% $228 $235' (2025 and 2024 carrying value in millions). ONEOK is the operator; not separately named in the Q2 2026 10-Q's equity earnings table (folded into the 'Other' line there), so the FY2025 figure is used. source
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of MVP Terminalling, LLC where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
