Mosaic Transit Constructors General Partnership is the construction arm of the Mosaic Transit Group consortium formed by ACS Infrastructure Canada, Aecon Group and CRH Canada Group to build the Finch West Light Rail Transit line in northwest Toronto. Where the sister entity Mosaic Transit Partners holds the design, build, finance and maintain concession with Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario, Mosaic Transit Constructors carries out the design and construction work itself: 10.3 kilometres of light rail along Finch Avenue West with 18 stops between Humber College and Finch West subway station, a maintenance and storage facility for 18 light rail vehicles, and the associated road, utility and systems works. Construction ran from 2018 to substantial completion in November 2025, with the line opening to passengers in December 2025.

Source

Mosaic Transit Constructors General Partnership files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Aecon: Aecon consortium celebrates delivery of first modern LRT system in Toronto, Aecon project page: Finch West LRT and Railway Gazette International: Toronto's Finch West light rail launches with a soft opening. The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.

Where each figure comes from

A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.

What this page is not

It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Mosaic Transit Constructors General Partnership where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
