Mesa La Paz is a 306 MW onshore wind farm at Llera de Canales in the state of Tamaulipas in northeastern Mexico, held through the joint venture vehicle EnerAB formed by The AES Corporation and the Mexican industrial group Grupo Bal. The project cost about 580 million dollars, uses 85 Vestas V136 turbines uprated to 3.6 MW each, and was built by ACCIONA Industrial, which handled civil works, electrical balance of plant and grid connection, with Vestas contracted for 15 years of maintenance. It was commissioned in 2019 and sells the bulk of its output under a 25 year corporate power purchase agreement to Industrias Penoles, the mining and metals group within Grupo Bal, with generation equivalent to the consumption of roughly 580,000 homes.

Where each figure comes from

A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.

What this page is not

It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Mesa La Paz where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
