Sovran HHF Storage Holdings II LLC is a United States self storage property venture formed in July 2011, the second such vehicle between the storage REIT Sovran Self Storage and an affiliate of the Chicago real estate investment manager Heitman LLC. Its opening transaction was the purchase of 19 self storage facilities holding about 1.4 million square feet of rentable space, concentrated in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and financed with mortgage debt from PNC Bank, which pushed the REIT partner into the New Jersey market for the first time. As with the earlier venture, the buildings are managed and branded by the REIT partner for a fee, moving from the Uncle Bob's Self Storage name to Life Storage and then Extra Space. The portfolio reached 30 stores across New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Texas, was reduced when eight facilities were sold in September 2020, and stood at 22 stores at 31 March 2026.

The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.

What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of HF2 Sovran HHF Storage Holdings II LLC where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
