Based in
United States

Harrah's Joliet Landco LLC holds the land and buildings of the Harrah's Joliet casino and hotel at 151 North Joliet Street in Joliet, Illinois, and leases them under a long term triple net lease to Des Plaines Development Limited Partnership, a Caesars Entertainment subsidiary that operates the casino and pays the property taxes, insurance and maintenance. The casino opened in May 1993 as a riverboat operation with the vessels Northern Star and Southern Star and moved to two joined barges permanently docked on the Des Plaines River in 2001 once Illinois dropped its cruising requirement. It has roughly 40,000 square feet of gaming space with about 1,138 slot machines and 31 table games, four restaurants, and a 204 room hotel tower added in 1999 for about 29 million dollars. The property company is a joint venture in which a VICI Properties subsidiary is managing member alongside a minority interest associated with the hotel developer John Q. Hammons.

Source

Harrah's Joliet Landco LLC files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from VICI Properties Inc. Form 10-K for FY2025, Harrah's Joliet (Wikipedia) and VICI Properties gaming property list. The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.

Where each figure comes from

A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.

What this page is not

It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Harrah's Joliet Landco LLC where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
