EPS Ethylen-Pipeline-Sued GmbH & Co. KG owns and manages a buried ethylene pipeline running about 360 to 370 kilometres from Munchsmunster in Bavaria, west along the Transalpine oil pipeline corridor and across the Rhine near Karlsruhe, to Ludwigshafen in Rhineland-Palatinate. The line uses plastic coated high strength steel pipe of roughly 25 centimetres diameter laid about 1.5 metres deep, with sectioning stations every 12 to 18 kilometres, and connects the chemical sites of the Bavarian chemical triangle around Gendorf and Burghausen to the wider northwest European ethylene network, so that producers there can export surplus feedstock or draw in supply. The company is based in Munich, was formed by seven chemical groups (BASF, Borealis, Clariant, MUO, OMV, Wacker and Westlake Vinnolit) and opened the pipeline formally on 19 July 2013 after test running from summer 2012.
Source
EPS Ethylen-Pipeline-Sued GmbH & Co. KG files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from EPS Ethylen-Pipeline-Sued, company page, EPS Ethylene-Pipeline South secures industrial business locations in southern Germany and Ethylen-Pipeline Sud, German Wikipedia. The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.

What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of EPS Ethylen-Pipeline-Sued GmbH & Co. KG where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
