Cyclyx International LLC is a plastic waste feedstock company based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, formed in December 2020 by the chemical recycling firm Agilyx and ExxonMobil, with LyondellBasell joining as a partner in October 2023. It runs a consortium of brand owners, waste handlers and recyclers under a stated goal of lifting the share of plastic that gets recycled from about 10 percent to 90 percent, and its work is the sorting problem rather than the conversion step: it characterises mixed post use plastic by polymer type, additives, colourants and contamination, then blends it into custom feedstocks that meet the specification of a particular mechanical or chemical recycling process. It has moved from brokering those blends to building and operating its own Cyclyx Circularity Centers, large sorting plants that collect and pre process plastic for delivery to recyclers.
Source
Cyclyx International LLC files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from LyondellBasell acquires 25% of Cyclyx joint venture, joining Agilyx and ExxonMobil to accelerate plastic waste recycling (PR Newswire), Agilyx and ExxonMobil Establish Cyclyx Joint Venture to Supply Plastics Recycling Industry (PR Newswire) and Agilyx, ExxonMobil and LyondellBasell to split up chemical recycling joint venture (Waste Dive). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- LyondellBasell Industries N.V.. Exhibit 21.1 to the FY2025 10-K (filed 20 Feb 2026) states that Equistar Chemicals, LP owns a 25% interest in Cyclyx International LLC. This is a 25 percent ownership interest, written here as the number 25, not as a fraction of 100. LyondellBasell's balance sheet carries a single combined 'Equity investments' line ($3,963 million at 31 Dec 2025 per the 10-K; $3,875 million at 30 Jun 2026 per the most recent 10-Q) covering all equity-method investees together, so no individual carrying value is disclosed for this venture: value_usd is null. sourcesource 2
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Cyclyx International LLC where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
