BridgeBio Oncology Therapeutics is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing small molecule cancer drugs aimed at RAS and PI3K alpha driven tumours, mutations that sit behind a large share of lung, colorectal and pancreatic cancers and that resisted drugging for decades. Three programmes are in Phase 1: BBO-8520, an inhibitor that binds KRAS G12C in both its active and inactive states, in non small cell lung cancer; BBO-11818, a pan KRAS inhibitor aimed at G12D and G12V mutant solid tumours; and BBO-10203, designed to break the interaction between RAS and PI3K alpha in HER2 positive and hormone receptor positive breast cancer and in KRAS mutant colorectal and lung cancer. The company was spun out of BridgeBio Pharma in May 2024, when its former subsidiary TheRas raised $200 million of external capital, and it is led by chief executive Eli Wallace. It completed a merger with the special purpose acquisition company Helix Acquisition Corp. II in August 2025 and now trades on the Nasdaq Global Market.
Source
Bridgebio Oncology Therapeut files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Pipeline (BridgeBio Oncology Therapeutics), BridgeBio launches BridgeBio Oncology Therapeutics with $200M of private external capital and Helix Acquisition Corp. II Form 425 business combination announcement (SEC EDGAR). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.

What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Bridgebio Oncology Therapeut where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
