Who owns Amplify Cell Technologies
2 companies in the researched set disclose a stake in Amplify Cell Technologies, worth $718m between them. Amplify Cell Technologies is private, so no 13F reports it: a 13F covers exchange listed positions only. These figures exist because each holder disclosed the stake in its own filings.
Also filed as Amplify Cell Technologies LLC. Merged here because they are the same company.

Amplify Cell Technologies is building and will operate a lithium iron phosphate battery cell factory in Marshall County, Mississippi, near Byhalia, sized at about two million square feet and 21 gigawatt hours of annual capacity, and expected to employ more than 2,000 people. The cells are aimed at battery electric commercial vehicles (trucks and buses) and industrial applications, with the stated purpose of localising commercial vehicle cell production and its supply chain inside the United States. The venture was completed in 2024 by Accelera by Cummins, Daimler Truck and PACCAR, which hold 30 percent each, alongside the Chinese cell maker EVE Energy, which holds 10 percent and supplies the cell technology. Construction started in mid 2024 and the start of cell production has since been moved from 2027 to 2028.
Source
Amplify Cell Technologies files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Accelera by Cummins, Daimler Truck and PACCAR Complete Battery Joint Venture Transaction to Form Amplify Cell Technologies (PACCAR), Amplify Cell Technologies begins construction of Mississippi battery cell factory (Daimler Truck) and US cell production by truck alliance delayed til 2028 (electrive). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- PACCAR Inc, as of 30 Jun 2026. Not a share-denominated stake: PACCAR's interest is a percentage ownership in an unincorporated joint venture, carried as an equity method investment. Q2 2026 10-Q (Note, Equity Method Investment): in 2024 PACCAR and three partners formed a U.S.-based battery manufacturing joint venture, Amplify Cell Technologies, with PACCAR owning a 30 percent interest. The JV meets the definition of a variable interest entity because equity-at-risk is insufficient to support its future operations on its own; all significant decisions require majority or super-majority board approval, so PACCAR is not the primary beneficiary and uses the equity method rather than consolidation. The carrying value (original investment at cost, adjusted for PACCAR's share of the JV's equity in income or losses) was $367.6 million at 30 Jun 2026 (and $379.4 million at 31 Dec 2025, net of operating losses in between). As of 30 Jun 2026, PACCAR had contributed a cumulative $412.5 million to the JV (no further contribution in H1 2026, versus $44.7 million in H1 2025); the maximum required contribution is $830.0 million. The investment is carried within Truck, Parts and Other 'Other noncurrent assets, net'. source
- Cummins Inc., as of 30 Jun 2026. Q2 FY2026 10-Q states the investment balance at 2026-06-30, net of operating losses, was $350 million, superseding the FY2025 10-K figure of $359 million at 2025-12-31. Amplify is a variable interest entity that manufactures battery cells for electric commercial vehicles; Cummins (via its Accelera segment) is not the primary beneficiary so it is not consolidated. As of 2026-06-30 Cummins had contributed $412 million and is contractually committed to $418 million of further contributions with uncertain timing. source
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Amplify Cell Technologies where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
