Yanolja Co., Ltd. is a South Korean travel technology group based in Seoul, founded in 2007 by Lee Su-jin, that began as an online booking service for Korean accommodation and has grown into a business spanning consumer travel and hospitality software. Its cloud hospitality arm, Yanolja Cloud, sells property management and operations software used by more than 20,000 hotels across over 170 countries, and a separate transaction business connects about 1.3 million travel enterprises to more than 18,000 global sales channels. On the consumer side the group operates NOL Universe, the platform formed at the end of 2024 by merging its Yanolja Platform and InterparkTriple subsidiaries, which sells accommodation, flights, car rental, tickets, dining and leisure bookings in one app. Yanolja expanded by acquisition, taking a 70 percent stake in the Korean e-commerce company Interpark for about $250 million in 2021, and it remains privately held after repeatedly deferring a planned Nasdaq listing.

Yanolja Co., Ltd. files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from About Yanolja (Yanolja Group corporate site), Yanolja launches NOL Universe after merging OTA platforms (KED Global, 27 December 2024), SoftBank-backed travel tech startup Yanolja acquires Korean e-commerce company Interpark (TechCrunch, 14 October 2021) and Booking Holdings Inc. Form 10-K for the year ended 31 December 2023 (sec.gov). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- Booking Holdings Inc., as of 31 Dec 2025. FY2025 Form 10-K Note 5 states the Company's investments in equity securities of private entities at 31 Dec 2025 and 2024 include its investment in Yanolja Co., Ltd, a South Korean travel technology company. Booking recognized a $24 million impairment on this investment in 2023. Adjusted carrying value was $98 million at 31 Dec 2025 (the 10-K reports this as an updated carrying value under the measurement alternative for equity securities without readily determinable fair values, not a market-quoted fair value). No share count or ownership percentage is disclosed, and the 30 Jun 2026 10-Q only gives a combined private-equity-securities total ($152 million carrying value across all such holdings) without naming Yanolja. source
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Yanolja Co., Ltd. where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
