The AMER 3 Joint Venture is a limited liability partnership announced in October 2024 and formed on 30 October 2024 by Equinix with two sovereign and pension investors, GIC of Singapore and Canada's CPP Investments, to build and operate xScale hyperscale data center campuses in the United States. It is capitalised at more than 15 billion dollars including debt, the largest single commitment in the xScale programme, and is intended to buy land and develop campuses of more than 100 megawatts each, adding over 1.5 gigawatts of capacity aimed at cloud and artificial intelligence tenants that lease entire buildings rather than cabinets. Equinix acts as developer and operator, and the venture's facilities are to be built to LEED certification or a regional equivalent. Equinix reported that no equity had yet been contributed to the venture as of 31 December 2025.

The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.

What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of xScale AMER 3 Joint Venture where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
