Private company
Who owns Walsh
One company in the researched set discloses a stake in Walsh, none of it sized by anyone who discloses it. Walsh is private, so no 13F reports it: a 13F covers exchange listed positions only. These figures exist because each holder disclosed the stake in its own filings.

Walsh is the joint venture through which Digital Realty developed and operates the data center at 641 Walsh Avenue in Santa Clara, California, with the local developer Pelio & Associates. The partners bought an eight acre parcel holding a 183,545 square foot industrial warehouse dating from 1946, demolished it, and built a four storey, roughly 430,000 square foot facility designed for about 48 megawatts of IT capacity, built to LEED Gold standards with recycled concrete and steel and rooftop solar. The site sits opposite Digital Realty's building at 2805 Lafayette Street in the dense Santa Clara colocation cluster, and the completed building, listed as SJC37, went into service in 2023. Digital Realty runs the day to day operations and earns management fees, as it does across its unconsolidated property ventures.
Source
Walsh files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Digital Realty to Build New Silicon Valley Data Center (Commercial Property Executive), Digital Realty Plans New Data Center Project in Santa Clara (Data Center Frontier), 641 Walsh (SJC37) data center listing (Baxtel) and Digital Realty Trust, Inc. Form 10-K for 2025 (SEC). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- Digital Realty Trust, Inc., as of 30 Jun 2026. 10-Q Note 5 footnote (1): 'Walsh (88%)' within the combined Americas balance. Despite the 88% stake, the filing still treats this as an unconsolidated, equity-method investment (Digital Realty does not have a controlling interest under the joint venture agreement's governance terms), consistent with the note's introductory language. Combined-balance trap, value left null. source
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Walsh where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
