VSMC is a Singapore semiconductor foundry joint venture created in September 2024 by Vanguard International Semiconductor and NXP Semiconductors to build and run a 300mm wafer fab at Tampines. The plant serves 130nm to 40nm mixed signal, power management and analog products for automotive, industrial, consumer and mobile customers, using process technologies licensed and transferred from TSMC, and operates as an independent commercial foundry that reserves proportional capacity for both equity partners. VIS contributes 2.4 billion dollars for 60 percent and NXP 1.6 billion dollars for 40 percent of an initial build out costed at 7.8 billion dollars, with a further 1.9 billion dollars committed for long term infrastructure and the balance funded by third party loans. VIS runs the fab, which broke ground on 4 December 2024, targets first production in 2027 and 55,000 wafers a month by 2029, and is expected to employ about 1,500 people.

The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.

What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd. (VSMC) where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
