Vietnam Agribusiness Holdings is a Singapore incorporated joint venture between Bunge and Wilmar International that owns the oilseed processing business trading in Vietnam as Vietnam Agribusiness Ltd. Its plant sits in the Phu My 1 Industrial Park in southern Vietnam on a deepwater berth able to take Panamax vessels, crushing imported soybeans into meal for animal feed and crude soybean oil for refining. The first crush line has run since 2011 and a second line costing more than 100 million dollars was inaugurated on 11 December 2025, adding 4,000 tonnes per day for a combined capacity of 7,800 tonnes per day. At full rate the complex processes about 2.6 million tonnes of soybeans a year into close to 2 million tonnes of meal, roughly 30 percent of Vietnamese feed industry demand, plus more than 500,000 tonnes of crude oil.
