Terminal de Graos Ponta da Montanha, known as TGPM, is a private use grain terminal at Vila do Conde in Barcarena, Para, on the estuary side of Brazil's northern export corridor. It receives, stores and ships soybeans and corn brought down the Para, Tocantins, Amazonas, Tapajos and Madeira river systems and by road, with a warehouse holding 120,000 tonnes, six silos holding a further 30,000 tonnes and a berth taking Panamax and Neo Panamax vessels of up to about 105,000 deadweight tonnes at 16.5 metres of draught. The site dates from the 1990s, when it handled kaolin, was converted to grain after ADM took it over in 2012 and licensed in 2014, and became a joint venture in 2015. It serves its shareholders as a shared northern export outlet rather than trading grain on its own account.
Source
Terminal de Grãos Ponta da Montanha S.A. files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from TGPM institutional page, Terminal de Grãos Ponta da Montanha é novo associado da ATP (Associação de Terminais Portuários Privados) and TGPM company website. The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- Archer-Daniels-Midland Company. Written here as 50.0, not 0.5, per the 10-Q text: 'Terminal de Grãos Ponta da Montanha S.A. (50.0%)'. A Brazilian grain-terminal entity (S.A.); named among ADM's Ag Services and Oilseeds segment equity investees elsewhere in the same 10-Q, and the FY2025 10-K's MD&A cites lower earnings from this venture as a headwind in the prior year's equity-in-earnings comparison. No individual carrying value disclosed; covered by the same combined $5,901 million balance described on the Pacificor row, so value_usd stays null. sourcesource 2
- Bunge Global SA. FY2025 10-K, Note 11: Ownership Interest 50%, 'Joint venture with ADM Do Brasil LTDA to operate a port terminal in Barcarena, Brazil.' No per-investee carrying value disclosed; value_usd is null per the combined-balance rule. source
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Terminal de Grãos Ponta da Montanha S.A. where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
