Terminal 6 is an agro industrial complex on the Parana river at Puerto General San Martin in Santa Fe province, Argentina, built on a site of about 320 hectares and run through two companies. Terminal 6 S.A. operates the port and elevator side: it takes in around 80,000 tonnes of grain and oilseed a day by truck, rail and barge, holds more than 1.6 million tonnes of solid and liquid storage, and loads bulk carriers up to 275 metres long from two berths. T6 Industrial S.A. operates the processing side, crushing more than 20,000 tonnes of soybeans a day into crude oil, protein meal and hull pellets and producing biodiesel and refined glycerin. Both companies are jointly owned by Bunge and the Argentine oilseed processor Aceitera General Deheza, and the complex has been expanded steadily since 1985.

Terminal 6 S.A. and Terminal 6 Industrial S.A. files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from T6: the most important agro-industrial complex in Latin America (Terminal 6), Terminal 6 S.A. (AGD site) and T6 - PGSM (Santa Fe) (Bunge Argentina). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- Bunge Global SA. The 10-K states two percentages, 40% and 50%, against two named entities (the port facility company and the crushing facility company) on one combined line, but does NOT disaggregate which percentage belongs to which entity. Rather than guess an assignment (which could invent a plausible wrong number, exactly the failure mode this project's brief warns against), pct_of_target is left null and both entities are kept as one row matching the filing's own single line item. Bunge holds either 40% or 50% of Terminal 6 S.A. (port facility) and the other of the two percentages in Terminal 6 Industrial S.A. (crushing facility). No per-investee carrying value is disclosed for either. source
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Terminal 6 S.A. and Terminal 6 Industrial S.A. where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
