Stateline Power, LLC is a United States power generation venture formed in April 2025 to supply off grid electricity to a large artificial intelligence data centre campus, the COLOSSUS II site on Stateline Road in Southaven, Mississippi, which sits outside the reach of timely utility interconnection. It owns a fleet of natural gas fired mobile turbines and related equipment that it rents to the data centre operator under a master equipment rental agreement, originally sized at about 500 megawatts and upsized to roughly 900 megawatts on a seven year initial term, with up to 550 million dollars of senior secured term debt arranged to fund the build. Solaris Energy Infrastructure holds the majority interest and contributed turbine progress payments and prefunded costs valued at about 86 million dollars, and it also operates and maintains the fleet, while the data centre owner contributed a matching 86 million dollars in cash for the remainder. The turbines are the subject of a Clean Air Act suit filed in April 2026 by the NAACP over their permitting in Mississippi.

Stateline Power, LLC files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Solaris Energy Infrastructure Announces First Quarter 2025 Results, Signing of Joint Venture, Power Solutions Contract and Fleet Growth (Business Wire), Space Exploration Technologies Corp. prospectus, Note on Investments in Unconsolidated Affiliates (SEC) and Solaris to supply 900MW of natural gas power to a major data center operator as part of joint venture agreement (Data Centre Dynamics). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- SpaceX, as of 31 Dec 2025. Value is the carrying value of the equity method investment at 31 Dec 2025, which equals SpaceX's initial $86 million cash contribution. Stateline is a variable interest entity in which SpaceX is not the primary beneficiary, so it is not consolidated: SpaceX accounts for it under the equity method. The Q2 2026 10-Q does not restate the Stateline carrying value separately, so no 30 Jun 2026 figure is available. source
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Stateline Power, LLC where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
