This is the South Korean private fund vehicle behind the System Semiconductor Win-Win Fund (시스템반도체 상생펀드), a 100 billion won venture capital programme created in March 2020 to finance the country's non memory chip sector, where domestic firms are small next to the two big memory makers. Samsung Electronics committed 50 billion won, SK hynix 30 billion won and the state backed manager Korea Growth Investment Corporation 20 billion won, and the money is deployed through sub funds run by venture capital firms selected in competitive tenders. It targets small and mid sized fabless designers of system and power semiconductors, plus companies applying chips in the internet of things, autonomous vehicles, artificial intelligence, augmented and virtual reality, robots and drones, and it supports acquisitions, marketing and overseas expansion as well as equity funding. The Korea Semiconductor Industry Association sources candidates through a system semiconductor council and adds research planning, market intelligence and partner matching. The fund was raised over 2020 and 2021 and was followed by a broader semiconductor ecosystem fund from 2023.

The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- SK hynix Inc., as of 31 Mar 2026. Value is the equity method carrying amount at 31 March 2026 of KRW 19,522 million, converted at KRW 1,523.5 to USD 1.00. This is a Korean fund vehicle rather than an operating company, included because SK hynix equity accounts it as a joint venture and it is a channel for its stakes in domestic semiconductor suppliers. Underlying portfolio companies are not broken out. source
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Specialized Investment-type Private Equity Investment Trust For Win-win System Semiconductor where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
