SK China Company Limited is the Beijing based holding company through which South Korea's SK Group runs its businesses in China. It launched in July 2010 as an integrated China headquarters, pulling operations that had been scattered across individual affiliates into one structure, and it holds and oversees the group's local subsidiaries in energy and chemicals, semiconductors and information technology, and distribution and logistics. Alongside those holdings it houses shared finance, asset management and business development functions that source, evaluate and fund Chinese investments for the group and raise external capital, and it has managed sizeable property assets, selling the Beijing SK Tower in 2021 for roughly 1.5 trillion won.

Source

SK China Company Limited files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from SK China to inject 900 billion won into SK Innovation via capital reduction (Seoul Economic Daily), SK launches China headquarters (Korea Economic TV) and SK Group backs US$140 million fund to bring South Korean chip firms to China (South China Morning Post). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.

Where each figure comes from

A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.

What this page is not

It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of SK China Company Limited where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
