Based in
Qatar

QatarEnergy LNG N(3), known as N3 and formerly named Qatargas 3, is an integrated Qatari liquefied natural gas venture that produces gas from the offshore North Field and liquefies it for export. It combines upstream production facilities yielding roughly 1.4 billion cubic feet of gas a day over a 25 year field life with an onshore liquefaction train rated at about 7.8 million tonnes a year at Ras Laffan, and the LNG is carried to buyers worldwide in leased carriers while condensate and other liquids go to the Qatari domestic market or are sold through QatarEnergy Marketing. The project was built as a single integrated development alongside the neighbouring QatarEnergy LNG N(4) venture, sharing offshore facilities in a common North Field block and two identical process trains, with output mutualised between the two. It took its present name in 2023 when Qatargas was rebranded QatarEnergy LNG and its legacy ventures were renumbered.

Source

QatarEnergy LNG N(3) (N3) files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from ConocoPhillips 2025 Form 10-K (SEC EDGAR), Qatargas changes name to QatarEnergy LNG (QatarEnergy LNG media release) and QatarEnergy LNG (N) (Global Energy Monitor). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.

Where each figure comes from

A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.

What this page is not

It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of QatarEnergy LNG N(3) (N3) where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
