Prologis European Logistics Fund, known as PELF, is an open ended core real estate fund that owns and operates modern warehouse and distribution buildings across Europe's main consumption markets. It is organised in Luxembourg as a fonds commun de placement, fonds d'investissement specialise under the Luxembourg specialised investment funds law of 13 February 2007, is managed by Prologis Management II S.a r.l. under management regulations overseen by an investor advisory council, and raises capital from institutional investors on a perpetual basis. The fund also borrows in the public markets, issuing green Eurobonds under a euro medium term note programme, and it dates from 2007, reaching its present shape in 2017 when Prologis merged two European vehicles into a single flagship open ended fund. Its portfolio stood at about 174 million square feet of operating buildings at the end of 2025.
