Prologis Brazil Logistics Venture, known as PBLV, is a closed end Brazilian real estate venture that owns, develops and leases modern logistics warehouses, and it is reported together with a small group of other Brazilian joint ventures that hold similar assets. It was created in January 2019 with a single institutional partner: Prologis manages the venture and seeded it with an initial portfolio of 14 operating buildings totalling 7 million square feet plus 371 acres of development land, receiving 620 million dollars of cash and units in exchange, while the partner supplied the capital. The buildings came out of the Brazilian platform Prologis had assembled with Cyrela Commercial Properties and then bought outright in 2017, a portfolio concentrated in the Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro distribution markets. At the end of 2025 the combined Brazilian ventures held about 19.3 million square feet of operating buildings with a gross book value near 950 million dollars and no venture level debt.
Source
Prologis Brazil Logistics Venture and other Brazilian joint ventures files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Prologis, Inc. Form 10-K for 2019 (SEC), Prologis, Inc. Form 8-K, fourth quarter 2025 supplemental information (SEC) and Prologis acquires partner's interest in Brazil portfolio (PR Newswire, 2017). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- Prologis, Inc., as of 31 Dec 2025. FY2025 10-K, Note 4, footnote (2): 'Prologis Brazil Logistics Venture and our other Brazilian joint ventures are combined as one venture for the purpose of this table.' Ownership percentage 20.0% (unchanged from 2024), investment balance $198,516,000. This is a filing-level combination of several Brazilian entities into one disclosed line, distinct from this project's rule against combining balances ourselves; the filing itself presents it as one row. source
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Prologis Brazil Logistics Venture and other Brazilian joint ventures where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
