PMAK JV is a United States medical office real estate partnership formed in November 2019 to recapitalise a portfolio of outpatient healthcare buildings assembled over the preceding years by MBRE Healthcare, at the time the largest privately held owner of medical office buildings not affiliated with a hospital system and since renamed Remedy Medical Properties. At formation the venture held 59 medical facilities and two assets under development, about 2.9 million square feet spread across 19 states and 91 percent leased, with 86 percent of the floor area in the 50 largest metropolitan markets. Its capital came from the real estate private equity manager Kayne Anderson Real Estate, from Remedy as operating partner, from the Swedish occupational pension fund Alecta, which committed 230 million dollars, and from the listed medical office landlord that contributed two Birmingham, Alabama buildings and took on property management of part of the portfolio.

PMAK JV files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Physicians Realty Trust fourth quarter 2019 earnings press release (SEC EDGAR), Alecta invests USD 780m in US healthcare and life science real estate (European Pensions) and PMAK MOB ALECTA REIT FEEDER, LLC Form D (SEC EDGAR). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- Healthpeak Properties, Inc., as of 30 Jun 2026. Outpatient medical segment, 59 properties, 12% ownership percentage per Note 7's per-entity table. Carrying amount at 30 Jun 2026: $17,172 thousand = $17,172,000 (vs $21,711 thousand at 31 Dec 2025). source
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of PMAK JV where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
