Permian Highway Pipeline LLC owns a roughly 430 mile intrastate natural gas pipeline running from the Waha hub in West Texas, at the eastern edge of the Permian Basin, across the Texas Hill Country to Katy near Houston, where it connects to Gulf Coast industrial demand, LNG liquefaction terminals and export routes to Mexico. It entered full commercial service on 1 January 2021 with about 2.1 billion cubic feet a day of capacity, fully subscribed under long term contracts, and a compression based expansion added 550 million cubic feet a day from 1 December 2023 to take it to 2.65 bcf/d. The pipeline exists to move associated gas produced alongside Permian crude out of a basin that was short of takeaway capacity and flaring the surplus. It is operated by Kinder Morgan Texas Pipeline and held jointly with Kinetik Holdings and an anchor shipper affiliate of ExxonMobil. Its construction through the Hill Country drew sustained landowner and environmental opposition.

The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- Kinder Morgan, Inc., as of 31 Dec 2025. Equity-method joint venture interest, not a share count. FY2025 10-K states 27.74% ownership and a $736 million carrying value, unchanged from 31 Dec 2024. source
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Permian Highway Pipeline LLC (PHP) where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
