Who owns NordicEPOD AS
One company in the researched set discloses a stake in NordicEPOD AS, none of it sized by anyone who discloses it. NordicEPOD AS is private, so no 13F reports it: a 13F covers exchange listed positions only. These figures exist because each holder disclosed the stake in its own filings.

NordicEPOD is an Oslo based manufacturer of EPODs: large prefabricated enclosures that house the integrated electro mechanical power systems sitting between the grid and a data centre's IT halls, each containing power distribution, backup, cooling and control equipment sized to support up to 2 MW. Building these modules in a factory rather than on site is intended to cut weeks from data centre construction schedules and reduce the labour needed at the site itself. The company was originally a wholly owned subsidiary of the Norwegian data centre design and build group CTS Nordics and became a jointly controlled venture with Eaton in 2024, with CTS supplying data centre design and integration expertise and Eaton supplying the power management technology inside the modules, including its EnergyAware uninterruptible power supplies and SF6 free medium voltage switchgear. A 12,000 square metre plant in Oslo opened in 2024 with capacity for up to 350 modules a year.
Source
NordicEPOD AS files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Simplified notification to the Norwegian Competition Authority: acquisition of joint control of NordicEPOD AS and Eaton and CTS Nordics open NordicEPOD factory (Data Centre Review). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.

What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of NordicEPOD AS where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
