Noble Hospitality Fund V is a closed end private real estate fund raised by Noble Investment Group, an Atlanta based investment manager founded in 1993 that specialises in the upscale United States lodging sector and has put close to 5 billion dollars to work through its institutional funds. The fund pursues value added investments in select service and extended stay hotels, buying properties it can reposition or renovate rather than developing from scratch. It closed on 10 January 2024 at 1 billion dollars, above an initial target of 800 million dollars, with about 90 per cent of the manager's existing limited partners re upping alongside new institutional investors including the New York State Common Retirement Fund. The related Noble JV refers to the strategic partnership through which Noble and its investor partner also share fee income and carried interest from the manager's business.
