Series C of Mountain Valley Pipeline, LLC was created on 1 November 2025 as a new series of the Delaware series limited liability company to build and own the assets of MVP Boost, a compression project designed to raise the throughput of the existing MVP Mainline by about 0.6 billion cubic feet a day. The work adds compression at three existing compressor stations in West Virginia and builds one new compressor station in Virginia, avoiding new pipeline right of way. Mountain Valley Pipeline, LLC applied to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for construction authorisation on 23 October 2025 after an open season that drew more than 1 billion cubic feet a day of shipper interest from investment grade counterparties. The project is estimated to cost roughly 400 to 540 million dollars and is targeted for service by mid 2028. EQT operates the venture, whose members also include affiliates of NextEra Energy, AltaGas and RGC Resources.

What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Mountain Valley Pipeline, LLC - Series C (MVP Boost) where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
