Digital Realty Mivne is a data centre venture formed in 2022 between Digital Realty and Mivne Real Estate (K.D.) Ltd, an Israeli developer and landlord of office, high tech, industrial, logistics and commercial property that is listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The venture is developing a multi tenant colocation and connectivity campus in Petah Tikva, the main network interconnection point in Israel, on a site of roughly 2.5 acres, with capacity for up to 20 megawatts of installed IT load and the first phase targeted for 2023. Mivne supplies the land from its Israeli land bank and local development capability, while Digital Realty supplies the data centre platform and its international customer and network ecosystem.

Where each figure comes from

A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.

What this page is not

It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Mivne where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
