One company in the researched set discloses a stake in MiRus LLC, none of it sized by anyone who discloses it. MiRus LLC is private, so no 13F reports it: a 13F covers exchange listed positions only. These figures exist because each holder disclosed the stake in its own filings.

MiRus LLC is a privately held medical device and biomaterials company based in Marietta, Georgia. Its foundational technology is MoRe, a proprietary molybdenum rhenium superalloy adapted from refractory metal work originally developed for rocket engines, which the company uses to build implants that are thinner and stronger than conventional titanium or cobalt chrome designs. MiRus sells cleared spinal implant lines including low profile anterior cervical and lateral lumbar plating systems, and is developing SIEGEL, a nickel free balloon expandable transcatheter aortic valve replacement system for severe aortic stenosis. The company describes its focus as biomaterials, implants and procedural solutions for spine, orthopedic and structural heart disease.

MiRus LLC files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from MiRus company website, PR Newswire: MiRus Announces FDA 510(k) Clearance for MoRe Low Profile Anterior Cervical and Lateral Lumbar Plating Systems and Medical Design and Outsourcing: Why Boston Scientific bet $1.5B on MiRus' molybdenum-rhenium valve. The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- Boston Scientific Corporation, as of 30 Jun 2026. Q2 2026 10-Q, Note B: on 15 May 2026 Boston Scientific entered an investment agreement with MiRus LLC, a privately held biomaterials/implants company, paying $1.5 billion cash (plus a $100 million payment made previously) to acquire (a) non-voting common equity interests constituting approximately 33.75 percent of MiRus's fully diluted equity interests, and (b) an exclusive option (the TAVR Option, excluded here as a derivative-like acquisition option, see notes) to acquire the MiRus TAVR business for up to a further $3.0 billion. The $1.6 billion total was allocated between the equity interest and the TAVR Option based on relative fair value, but the 10-Q does not disclose the split, so value_usd is null. The equity interest is accounted for under the equity method (significant influence) and sits inside a combined balance sheet line, 'Equity method investments,' of $1,308 million at 30 June 2026 (up from $396 million at 31 December 2025) that also covers other, unnamed equity-method investees, so per the brief's rule against assigning a combined balance to one investee, no dollar value is attributed to MiRus specifically. source
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of MiRus LLC where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
