Founded
2012

This is a fifty fifty data centre venture in Hong Kong, formed in 2012 between Digital Realty and Savvis, the managed hosting arm of CenturyLink that later became part of Lumen Technologies, which is where the venture's shorthand name comes from. It bought a 164,000 square foot industrial building in the Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate in the New Territories, about 12 miles from central Hong Kong, in July 2012 and redeveloped it into a purpose built colocation facility using Digital Realty's modular design, delivering roughly 5.76 megawatts of IT load from mid 2013. The building was Digital Realty's first in Hong Kong and gave Savvis room to expand the colocation, managed hosting and cloud services it already sold in the territory. The venture is a single property holding, and Digital Realty manages it day to day.

Where each figure comes from

A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.

What this page is not

It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Lumen joint venture where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
