LSCP is the operating entity behind the Little Sioux Corn Processors dry mill ethanol plant, which sits on a roughly 80 acre site about two miles east of Marcus in northwest Iowa. The venture was formed in 2000 by local farmers and investors to add value to the area corn crop, broke ground in November 2001 and started producing in April 2003 at a nameplate 40 million gallons a year. Successive debottlenecking projects took it to 52 million gallons in 2005, 92 million in 2007, 135 million in 2015, 165 million in 2017 and 170 million in 2025. It grinds locally bought corn into fuel ethanol and sells the co products, distillers dried grains for livestock feed and extracted corn oil. The ethanol is not marketed by the plant itself: it goes to Archer-Daniels-Midland, which sells it on to blenders and refiners under a long standing marketing agreement inherited from Minnesota Corn Processors.
Source
LSCP, LLC files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from History (Little Sioux Corn Processors), Little Sioux Corn Processors, L.L.C. Form 10-SB12G/A (sec.gov) and Archer-Daniels-Midland Company Form 10-K for 2025 (sec.gov). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- Archer-Daniels-Midland Company. Written here as 22.1, not 0.221, per the 10-Q text: 'LSCP, LLC (22.1%)'. No individual carrying value disclosed; covered by the same combined $5,901 million balance described on the Pacificor row, so value_usd stays null. What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of LSCP, LLC where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
