Lartirigoyen y Cía. S.A. is an Argentine agribusiness group founded in 1984 by Ignacio Lartirigoyen in Catriló, in La Pampa province, where it began as a country grain elevator handling about 2,000 tonnes a year. It now originates and markets roughly 2.6 million tonnes of grain a season through more than 35 branches and 17 storage sites across the Pampas, and supplies seed, fertiliser and crop protection products to over 4,300 farmers. Around that core it runs a spread of related businesses: farming on about 150,000 hectares, cattle feedlots and pig units, a flour mill, pet food manufacture, fuel distribution and grain export through its Alea y Cía. arm. The group employs roughly 1,150 people and its accounts showed revenue of 1.1 billion dollars for 2024.

Source

Lartirigoyen y Cía. S.A. files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from ¿Quién es Lartirigoyen? (Bichos de Campo), Viterra Limited 2024 financial statements (exhibit 99.2 to Bunge Global SA Form 8-K, sec.gov) and Lartirigoyen corporate website. The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.

Where each figure comes from

A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.

What this page is not

It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Lartirigoyen y Cía. S.A. where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
