Keurig JV, LP is a Delaware limited partnership that holds the manufacturing assets and facilities used to make K-Cup pods and other unbrewed single serve beverages in the United States and Canada, together with related coffee sales and distribution operations in Canada. It was created under a transaction agreement signed on 23 February 2026 and completed on 30 March 2026, in which Keurig Dr Pepper contributed its coffee production assets, folding its KGM Manufacturing subsidiary into the partnership and transferring the equity of Keurig Canada ULC, while an investment vehicle backed by funds managed by Apollo Global Management, KKR and Goldman Sachs Asset Management contributed 4 billion dollars in cash. The partnership is governed by a limited partner committee, most of whose members the Keurig side appoints, with unanimity rights reserved to the investor partner, a call right that opens on the eighth anniversary of closing and a right for the investors to convert into listed shares after the fifteenth. The cash raised was used to help fund the acquisition of the Dutch coffee group JDE Peet's.
Source
Keurig JV, LP (Pod Manufacturing joint venture) files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. Form 8-K filed 23 February 2026 (SEC), Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. Form 10-Q for the quarter ended 31 March 2026 (SEC) and Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. Form 10-K for the year ended 31 December 2025 (SEC). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- Keurig Dr Pepper Inc.. Written as 51, not 0.51. ADDED 19 Aug 2026 by the coordinator, for the same reason as the GHOST row above. KDP retains a controlling 51% interest and appoints a majority of the JV Committee, while JV Investors (funds and accounts managed by Apollo Capital Management, KKR and Goldman Sachs Asset Management) contributed $4 billion in cash for 49%. The file originally excluded this as 'KDP's own controlled venture with outside investors holding a minority in it, not a KDP holding in another company'. That is structurally the same arrangement as FirstEnergy's FirstEnergy Transmission, where Brookfield contributed cash for 49.9% and FirstEnergy's retained 50.1% IS carried as a holding in this database, and as NiSource's NIPSCO Holdings II, where a Blackstone vehicle holds 19.9% and NiSource's 80.1% is carried as a holding. Completed 30 Mar 2026. value_usd is null: no carrying value for KDP's own 51% is disclosed, and the JV Investors' $4 billion sizes the 49% KDP does NOT own. Separately correct in the original note and retained here: the JV Investors hold an interest in the JV itself, not in KDP common stock, so this produces no register row. source
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Keurig JV, LP (Pod Manufacturing joint venture) where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
