INVIDI Technologies Corporation builds the software that makes television advertising addressable, meaning a different commercial can be delivered to different households watching the same programme. Its systems sit inside satellite and cable set top boxes and streaming apps, and are sold to pay television distributors, programmers and advertisers under the names INVIDI Conexus for campaign management and order distribution, INVIDI Edge for delivering addressable spots across linear broadcast, streaming and ad supported video on demand, and INVIDI Pulse for serving and optimising streaming inventory across direct and programmatic sales. The company says its technology handles more than 125 billion commercial impressions a year on inventory worth over 800 million dollars, and it won two Technology and Engineering Emmy Awards in 2017 for its targeted household advertising work. It is based in the United States and operates independently under joint ownership by DIRECTV, DISH and WPP following DIRECTV's purchase of a majority stake in January 2025.
Source
Invidi Technologies Corporation files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from About Us (INVIDI Technologies), DIRECTV Acquires Majority Ownership in INVIDI Technologies (INVIDI Technologies) and Home (INVIDI Technologies). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- EchoStar Corporation, as of 30 Jun 2026. Same situation as NagraStar. FY2025 10-K: 'We own a 35% interest in Invidi Technologies Corporation ..., an entity that provides proprietary software for the addressable advertising market.' Q2 2026 10-Q: 'The DISH DBS Deconsolidated Subsidiaries own a 35% interest in Invidi Technologies Corporation ... Effective June 30, 2026, we have deconsolidated our investment in Invidi.' This interest sat inside the DISH DBS Pay-TV business that was deconsolidated via the Prepackaged Chapter 11 Plan as of 30 Jun 2026; EchoStar's retained interest in that whole bundle was fair-valued at $0. The FY2025 10-K separately disclosed a $63 million loss from EchoStar's 'portion of Invidi's goodwill impairment' recorded during 2024, evidence the stake was real and material before the deconsolidation. sourcesource 2
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Invidi Technologies Corporation where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
