Invesco Great Wall Fund Management Company Limited is a Chinese onshore asset manager headquartered in Shenzhen with offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. It manages mutual funds and segregated mandates for domestic Chinese investors across fundamental and quantitative equities, fixed income and money market strategies, and has extended into asset allocation, smart beta and factor products, exchange traded funds listed in Shenzhen, and multi asset pension products, distributing through banks, brokerages and Chinese digital platforms. The company was incorporated on 12 June 2003 with registered capital of 130 million renminbi and was the first Sino American joint venture fund management company approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, formed with the Shenzhen broker Great Wall Securities. It employs more than 250 staff in China.
