INFRA Group (Grupo INFRA) is a Mexican industrial and medical gases company that also makes and distributes welding and cutting equipment, cryogenic tanks and personal protective equipment. Its gases arm, Cryoinfra, produces and sells oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide and hydrogen from more than 30 air separation and gas plants across Mexico, including sites at Altamira, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Puebla and Veracruz and a plant at San Luis Potosi commissioned with an investment of about 63 million dollars that produces 700 tonnes of gas a day. The group traces its origins to the early twentieth century, when the Franco brothers imported the first air separation plant to operate in Mexico, moved from distribution into manufacturing welding equipment in the 1960s, and from 1980 tied its gas producing companies Cryoinfra and CO2 de Mexico into a partnership with Air Products and Chemicals that was consolidated in 1993. It employs several thousand people in Mexico, and it supplies nitrogen to Pemex for enhanced oil recovery through a joint venture with Air Products.

INFRA Group files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Cryoinfra English overview (Cryoinfra, Grupo Infra), Grupo Infra inaugurates new plant in SLP (MEXICONOW), Grupo Infra, una empresa autosustentable (Mexico Industry) and Air Products and Mexican partner Grupo Infra sign 10-year nitrogen supply agreement with Pemex for enhanced oil recovery in Mexico (Air Products). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- Air Products and Chemicals, Inc.. Foreign industrial gas producer in China, accounted for under the equity method. Part of the combined equity affiliates balance; no individually disclosed value. source
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of INFRA Group where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
