Hosemillas Holdings S.A., also written HO Semillas Holding S.A. and formerly Tuskey S.A., is a Uruguayan holding company for a South American seed group with operating subsidiaries in Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina and Uruguay. Its businesses process and market soybean and corn seed and run a genetic improvement programme to develop new varieties. In Brazil the group holds Seedcorp HO, Seedlog and Seedmais; Seedcorp HO was created in 2017 by the merger of Seedcorp and Horus Sementes and is one of the larger soybean and corn seed distributors in the country, covering research, seed production, market development, sales and logistics, and selling roughly 30 soybean varieties under its own brand and under genetic licensing agreements. In 2022 Bunge and UPL's Advanta Seeds each agreed to take a 20 percent shareholding for 42.33 million dollars apiece, which Brazil's competition authority CADE cleared in 2023.
Source
Hosemillas Holdings S.A. files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Bunge Global SA Form 10-K for FY2025 (SEC), CADE allows sale of Seedcorp's controlling company to Bunge and Advanta (Revista Cultivar) and UPL's Advanta Seeds and Bunge announce intention to acquire a combined 40% stake in SEEDCORP|HO (PR Newswire). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.

What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Hosemillas Holdings S.A. where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
