One company in the researched set discloses a stake in Hilti joint venture, none of it sized by anyone who discloses it. Hilti joint venture is private, so no 13F reports it: a 13F covers exchange listed positions only. These figures exist because each holder disclosed the stake in its own filings.

The Hilti joint venture is Intelligent Construction Tools, LLC, a 50/50 venture between Trimble and the Liechtenstein based Hilti Group formed in September 2010 and based in Westminster, Colorado. It develops measuring and layout solutions for the building construction trades and, more recently, the integration of data between the two companies' construction management systems, combining Hilti's construction application systems with Trimble's positioning technology. Both partners contributed cash and selected technology and licensed patents and other intellectual property into the venture, which supplies finished products back to each parent; Trimble and Hilti then market, distribute, service and support those products separately through their own sales channels. The two companies had already been working together since 2002.
Source
Hilti joint venture files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Trimble and Hilti Form Joint Venture for the Building Construction Market (PR Newswire), Trimble Inc. Form 10-K for FY2022 (SEC) and Hilti and Trimble form joint venture (Professional Demolition International). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- Trimble Inc.. Trimble's FY2025 10-K (filed 25 Feb 2026), Item 1, describes this venture in the present tense: 'We also maintain a joint venture with Hilti, which focuses on the joint development of measuring solutions for the building construction trades and integrating data for construction management,' and Hilti (a private Swiss company that does not file with the SEC) is named alongside Caterpillar, AGCO and Nikon as an ongoing relationship in Item 1A Risk Factors. Unlike CTCT and Nikon-Trimble, no ownership percentage for the Hilti venture was found in any Trimble filing searched in this task, including the FY2010, FY2011 and FY2013 10-Ks (which individually named CTCT and Nikon-Trimble with percentages in a dedicated 'Joint Ventures' note but never named a Hilti entity there) and the FY2017 10-K and current 10-K/10-Q (which only carry the combined 'Equity Investments' balance). It is possible the Hilti collaboration is structured as a contractual alliance or licensing arrangement rather than a jointly-owned legal entity, which would explain the absence of an equity-method percentage; this could not be confirmed either way from the filings read. pct_of_target and value_usd are both null: this is a confirmed-active but genuinely unsized relationship, not a guess. source
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Hilti joint venture where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
