Gradable is a grain procurement and sustainability data platform in North America, run as a 50/50 joint venture between Farmers Business Network and Archer Daniels Midland since August 2024. The software was first launched by Farmers Business Network in 2020 and lets growers record field level agronomic practices, generate a verifiable carbon score for a load of grain, and transact that grain with buyers who need farm level provenance data to meet their own low carbon and sustainability commitments. Grain buyers use it to identify and pay for crops grown with regenerative practices. At the time the joint venture was formed the platform had more than 20,000 farmer users across over 12 million acres, had scored more than 200 million bushels of corn and soybeans, and channelled over $30 million a year in incentive payments to farmers, with commercial partners including POET and Attebury Grain.
Source
Gradable, LLC files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from ADM news release: ADM and Farmers Business Network launch the Gradable joint venture, Farmers Business Network blog on the Gradable joint venture and Feed & Grain: FBN and ADM launch joint sustainability venture. The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- Archer-Daniels-Midland Company. Written here as 50.0, not 0.5, per the 10-Q text: 'Gradable, LLC (50.0%)'. Named among ADM's Ag Services and Oilseeds segment equity investees elsewhere in the same 10-Q. No individual carrying value disclosed; covered by the same combined $5,901 million balance described on the Pacificor row, so value_usd stays null. source
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Gradable, LLC where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
