Gigapower, LLC is a United States fibre network operator formed as a joint venture between AT&T and BlackRock's diversified infrastructure business, which closed on 11 May 2023. It builds and runs fibre to the home networks in areas outside AT&T's traditional wireline footprint and sells capacity on a commercial wholesale open access basis, meaning several retail internet providers compete for customers over the same physical network rather than each digging its own. The build targets about 1.5 million serviceable locations, and construction has been completed in Florida, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina and Minnesota, covering just under 70 communities, with earlier launches in Mesa, Arizona and Las Vegas. BlackRock supplies the capital and infrastructure investment expertise while AT&T contributes network construction and operating capability and was the first retail provider to sell service over the platform.

The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- AT&T Inc.. FY2025 10-K states AT&T holds a 50% interest in the Gigapower, LLC fiber joint venture but does not disclose a separate carrying value. Gigapower is grouped with DriveNets inside the single balance sheet line 'Investments in and Advances to Equity Affiliates' ($1,106 million at 31 Dec 2025, $1,130 million at 30 Jun 2026), which is not broken out by investee, so no shares or value figure is assigned to this row. source
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Gigapower, LLC where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
