Through G3 Canada Limited, the successor to the Canadian Wheat Board, the group buys grain from farmers across the Canadian prairies and moves it to export, running a network of country elevators in Western Canada together with port terminals at Thunder Bay, Hamilton, Quebec City and Trois Rivieres. Its west coast outlet is G3 Terminal Vancouver, opened in July 2020 in North Vancouver with 180,000 tonnes of storage, a rail loop track and ship loaders rated at 6,500 tonnes an hour that can handle Capesize vessels. SALIC supplies the capital and an offtake channel to Saudi Arabia while Bunge contributes grain trading and export logistics, and Western Canadian farmers hold a minority interest through a farmers equity trust.

The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.

What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of G3 Global Holding GP Inc. where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
