Dong Suh Foods Corporation, known in Korea as Dongsuh Foods, is a South Korean food and beverage manufacturer run as an equal joint venture between Mondelez International and the Korean group Dongsuh Companies. It makes and sells instant coffee, coffee mix, capsule coffee, cereals, tea and non dairy creamer, and its brands include Maxim, Maxwell House and Kanu in coffee, Prima creamer and Post cereals, alongside licensed Mondelez products such as Philadelphia cream cheese and Ritz crackers. It is the dominant instant coffee maker in its home market, with an 87.9 percent share of Korean instant coffee in 2022 and revenue of about 1.5 trillion won that year, and it launched the Kanu Barista capsule range as instant coffee consumption declined. Under the venture agreement it sells Maxim only inside Korea so as not to compete with Mondelez coffee elsewhere. The company is headquartered in Incheon and runs plants at Bupyeong in Incheon, Jincheon in North Chungcheong Province and Changwon in South Gyeongsang Province.
Source
Dong Suh Foods Corporation files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Mondelez International, Inc. Form 10-Q for the quarter ended 30 September 2025, Note 6 Equity Method Investments (SEC), Dongsuh Foods corporate website, Korea's Dongsuh to rival Nestle in local capsule coffee market (KED Global) and Korean's beloved instant coffee mix finds its place on global stage (The Korea Times). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.

What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Dong Suh Foods Corporation where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
